Return Policy:
All Purchases Qualify For An Exchange Or Store Credit. No Refunds. To cancel an order, the buyer must notify us via email within 48 hours of placing the order to qualify for a full refund. After 48 hour period, cancelled orders will be subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. We Cut & Produce 90% of our items. Returns Must Be Shipped Within 5 Days of Delivery. Clearance/Sale Items are not returnable. If you receive an incorrect item, we will send a return label and send the correct item. Refunds are not available, only replacements or store credits. To Return Your Purchase, Please email: myla@sensuel-le.com along with your order number and order name and a member of our staff will provide you with a return authorization. Please note, only (1) exchange request allowed. Shipping is non-refundable both ways.

All Orders Are Subject to Verification. If your order is placed with a different billing and shipping name/address, we will contact you directly to verify the order. Same billing/shipping orders will not be affected. Some Orders Are Subject To ID Verification. We will contact you directly if we need any further verification of your order.
