To cancel an order, the buyer must notify us via email within 48 hours of placing the order to qualify for a full refund.  After 48 hour period, cancelled orders will be subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.  We Cut & Produce 90% of our items. Returns Must Be Shipped Within 5 Days of Delivery.  Clearance/Sale Items are not returnable. If you receive an incorrect item, we will send a return label and send the correct item.
